The weather is beautiful and we're taking the fitness outdoors! You will absolutely love exercising at these two beautiful new locations that are truly hidden treasures! We invite you to enjoy the beauty of nature, nurture your spirit, indulge all your senses, breathe in the fresh air, become enveloped by the gently filtered sunlight through the trees, and listen to the soothing sounds of birds. We hope you'll join us on Wednesdays at the gardens of Whitehall, and/or Saturdays at Brown Park throughout the summer. Feel free to drop in when you can, bring a friend, a yoga mat, and water. pure fit is a technique designed to develop a toned, lean, strong, flexible body and improve your overall well-being. The class is a consistent flow of energizing Pilates and yoga poses, combined with intense core training, all-over body conditioning, and stretching to relax and elongate muscles, restore energy, and produce a state of inner calm, balance and peaceful bliss. Each class is set to a mix of great, uplifting music, including a variety of world beats, reggae, R&B, pop, and blues, as well as relaxing instrumentals. ÂÂ"Pilates at Brown ParkÂÂ" every Saturday 9:30-10:30am (behind Baptist East Hospital) AND "Pilates in the gardens of Whitehall" every Wednesday 9:30-10:30am 3110 Lexington Road (across the street from the Ursuline campus) $10 per class (age 12 and up)
